Limeart emulsifying wax is a non ionic emulsifying wax that is suitable for oil in water based emulsions.It acts as a great medium to bind oil and water to create creams and lotions with out leaving any greasy film on the skin after application.
Specification:
INCI name : Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Polysorbate 60 or Emulsifying Wax NF
White or almost white pastilles,melting when heated to clear almost colourless liquid.
Practically insoluble in water, producing an emulsion, moderately soluble in ethanol (96%), partly soluble in ether.
Solidifying point : 51.5 ̊C
Applications:
Day cream, night cream, light weight moisturizer, lotions, hair conditioning creams ,baby care products and color cosmetics
Shelf life : 2 years
Storage:
As soon as you receive the packet, remove and store in a HDPE container or a good quality air tight container under a cool and dark place for better shelf life.
It is advisable to use the ingredient in the formulation with proper knowledge.
